If a question is clearly spam or vandalism it should be removed. E-mail Wikianswers@answers.com with the question URL or wording. However, unless it's really offensive, you can consider rewording the question instead. First sign in. Then click "Edit question," fix the wording, and click Save.

That is a known issue. The only way to edit questions currently is either from the WikiAnswers homepage (if the question appears there) and from the question homepage.
You have to sign to a particular website and type in an area designated for questions to raise your query.
If you are signed in, you can go to your contributions page and find anything that you did yesterday (the link is called My contributions, and it should be over on the left). If you are not signed in, and you didn't save the question as a bookmark or sign up to follow it to get emailed with the answer, then you would have to remember the exact wording of how you asked the question in order to find it. If your browser saves the history of what you did, then you might be able to find it that way.
We can't tell what questions you asked since you aren't signed in. If you want an email when your questions get answered, be sure to sign in and give us your email address before you ask your question.
