i have a 83 one ton crew cab dually twd and it weights 6320 so you should be a few hundred pounds more for the 4wd
Yes and no. A bed from an 88 or 89 will fit a 90s pre 88 was the older square body trucks. The exception to this is if you are talking long box including dually. The crew cabs were square body thru 91 so that's means both body style boxes were present in a standard long and also dually from 88-91.

The heaviest a 4 door dually/ long bed 4x4 diesel has a curb weight of 8,220lbs. The lightest model for comparison, (regular cab, 2wd, srw, gasoline) weighs 5,808lbs.
