most .22 cal rifles have a 1/2 inch dove tail. you probably have a 3/8 inch. i would either find a 3/8 inch rings or you could always drill and tap the reciver and put in a rail to get the bigger scope mounts.

How does sample size affect the size of your standard error?

The standard error should decrease as the sample size increases. For larger samples, the standard error is inversely proportional to the square root of the sample size. The standard error should decrease as the sample size increases. When sheave groove is larger than the diameter of rope what will happen?

A sheave groove, such as the groove in a pulley, allows a rope or wire to pass through unhindered by friction or obstructions. The correct size sheave is required to minimize wear and tear on the rope or wire. When grooves become overly worn or are too large, they may allow excessive movement, which stresses the rope and reduces its life. A groove that is too small will compress the rope, breaking fibers or strands, and reducing the lifespan.

The mean of A is 14 with a standard deviation of 4.2. The mean of B is 16 with a standard deviation of 4.4 Which is more dispersed?

B because the spread, in this case standard deviation, is larger.

What is the relationship between the relative size of the starndard deviation and the kurtosis of a distribution?

It is inversely proportional; a larger standard deviation produces a small kurtosis (smaller peak, more spread out data) and a smaller standard deviation produces a larger kurtosis (larger peak, data more centrally located).
