No, like many other shark species, the mother will leave the baby. Though usually the mother will attempt to eat her offspring(s) or be eaten by the offspring(s). Choosing a safe location is the closest the mother does to care for her baby.

No type of Sharks stay with their mothers. They get born, then they take off.
go to google, then type in "how old are sharks?" then when you find out ask "how old are crocodiles"then you will know who is older sharks or crocodiles.
not really but some types of sharks you can tell if they stay close that they are mother and baby but other than that i think its hard to tell weather they are related or not.
They aren't cared for by mother sharks.
Not long unless they are freshwater sharks
Baby sharks are on their own from the moment of birth.
Baby sharks are called pups. Just like there are many types of sharks, there are also different ways that sharks come into this world. There are three ways that sharks are born:eggs are laid (like birds)eggs hatch inside the mother and then are bornpups sharks grow inside the mother (like humans)Sharks can have from 1 to 100 babies at a time, depending on the type of shark. The ones with pups that grow inside the mother have fewer babies at a time than sharks that lay eggs outside the body.Sharks do not care for their babies after they are born, but they do search for a safe place where they can lay their eggs or give birth.
the mothers eat the children, but this is not in every species of sharks
