First there is no such thing as a CLK500 AMG
Second the plugs go 100k miles unless an engine code indicates misfire
If this happens, you will need to get the codes reset at the dealer
Third, you may or may not know that there are 16 plugs on the 5 liter
Fourth, the engine has aluminum heads so changing plugs must be done carefully and with proper tools, like a torque wrench for example.
i really suggest you take this thing to a dealer if you want to change a plug - if you have looked at where they are located, it is no small task.

Remove the plastic covers of the air intake systems. There are two black rectangular covers on each side of the engine bay. Remove the bolts, the coils and spark plugs will be exposed. There are four (4) on each side, when you look down from the hood, from the front end of the car. The car dealer here charged us over 500 dollars for a tune up and they had to remove the top part of the engine to reach the plugs, hence the large dollar value. High level description here: Changing spark plugs and wires in my 1996 Express was an all day project for me. It's been a few years, but I recall I had to take the front wheels off to get access. Be safe. I needed to get s 3", 6", and 12", socket wrench extensions as well as a universal joint. I'm pretty sure I used 1/2" drive sockets. The motor cover in the passenger compartment needed to come out to get access to the distributor. I do not recall whether or not I got access to the rear plugs from the inside or outside. I couldn't fathom why a garage wanted over $500 to change the plugs, wires, distributor cap. After I did the job I understood. Good luck!
