Cigarettes have the worst health consequences as when you smoke tobacco you're get over 4,800 known chemical compounds, as well as toxic and carcinogenic agents into you're body. Hookahs are a little healthier when done properly. You just have to make sure not burning the tobacco and are only vaporizering it as that what hookahs are truely made for and the water acts as a filtration system its self. Cigars are also healthier but most because you do not inhale the smoke, but you are 5 times more likely to develop mouth cancer smoking cigars than cigarettes. One the other hand smokeless tobacco whether it be (Chew, Chaw, dip or plug) are all healthier than smoking tobacco as you are only getting 40 known chemical compounds, toxic and carcinogenic agents yet there are actually higher levels of nicotine in smokeless tobacco than in cigarettes, cigars and shisha (hookah tobacco). Theirs also no secondhand smoke offensive odors or lung damage. Also contrary to popular believe dipping tobacco does not have fiber glass in it.

I have tried all of these things and while I enjoy the sensation of smoking, I have grown fond of dipping and get a much better nicotine buzz and/or fix from it then I ever did from any other forms of tobacco.
