Anything you got is required to become a secretary or assistant. Wether it's a college degree or if it's just a highschool diploma. Especially the Core40 diploma!
You need at least 2 years of training on top of the 4 years of education
To become an education researcher, you typically need a graduate degree in a related field such as education, psychology, or sociology. A doctoral degree is often preferred for more advanced research positions. Strong research skills, experience in conducting studies, and familiarity with statistical analysis are also important. Additional training in research methodologies and academic writing is beneficial.
You should take some biology, chemistry, zoology or veterinary medicine
What education and training is required to become a Researcher?
Most of the time, you will not need training to become a Legal Assistant. If you can get a temporary job, or internship at a legal office as a secretary you can work there to gain the needed knowledge and if you excel at it you may be offered a full time job as a legal assistant. I do believe you may also go to a college to receive this training, it is considered technical training and is a short course that will teach you what is necessary to do the job correctly. On average I believe technical training lasts anywhere from 4-12 weeks depending on the course and its content.
This is dependent upon the state in which you plan to gain employment. Most states do not require any formal training for dental assistant, many dentists accept entry level employees and will give you the training required on-site.
you do not.
One of the positives to working as an Executive Office Assistant is that you can receive training on the job. If you find an employer that is training for a secretary you will be able to get Executive Office Assistant training. You can also get the required training through various online schools, or community colleges. From my understanding this training is not the same as getting a degree so you could probably receive the required training in a matter of months, maybe even weeks depending on the course you choose. It would be considered technical training. I suggest you do a search in your area to find a college that offers these courses and see what their requirements are.
