You need to be more clear in what type of "interface" you are inquiring about. Linux has it's own API (Application Programming Interface) and ABI (Application Binary Interface). If you are referring to the user interface, Linux can have a GUI, a command line, or even no interface at all.
If you have a PC, load it onto your User file. Example: (local disk) users, John. Open command prompt. The default should be local disk/users/John. Type 'rename [song title(.file type)] [song title(.desired file type)] example: local disk/users/John rename angus dei.m4a agnus dei.mp3. On a Mac, you should be able to re-download the song from iTunes, without having to pay twice. Hope this helps.
