One of the Honda forums repeatily identified Type 51R
51r
Uses a Type 51 or 51R. The only difference between them is the plus and minus terminals are reversed. Only thing that means is you might have to install the battery backwards so the terminals on the batt align with the cables. The battery is symmetrical so you wont have any clearance issues.

51R for 03 Accord EX - 4 cylinders.
The 51R if you have the 4 cylinder engine. The 35 or the 26R if you have the V-6 engine.
It is a size 151R which is custom manufactured for the Fit only. A 51R is 2 inches wider but may fit with some modifications.
Napa 5022nf and you can also use the Autocraft Gold 51R-2
Many Hondas (like my 1998 Civic) use the 51R size, including yours. If the Lexus battery in question happens to be that size, then go ahead and use it. It's rather likely that it isn't, though. Trying to use the wrong size can be done, but it generally isn't worth the hassle of verifying CCA specs and securing it.
