When did chuck close famous artist begin work?

This is an instance where capitals would be useful. I first read the question as 'When did Chuck close (i.e. finish) Famous Artist (presuming that was an agency name).' I couldn't find a place for the 'begin work'. I eventually worked out that Chuck Close must be a famous artist (sorry, I haven't heard of him) who began work at some time. Chuck Close began work and said he was to be an artist when he was just 4 years old!
