All wine can cause a headache, because all alcohol can cause hangovers.
However, red wine is more likely to trigger a migraine because of the amount of histamine released in the body after drinking a glass.

What wine will not cause headache?
Any wine can cause a headache, however - red wine is a particular trigger for migraines due to the amount of histamines, as well as nitrates and tannin that end up in the bottle. Some people find that white wines, with a much lower level of histamines, allow them to enjoy wine without triggering a headache. If it is the sulfates you are sensitive to, however, white wine has more sulfates than red wine. Some wines are marketed as low-sulfate.

If you are 13 and you had a TINY sip of beer and wine tonight at a family party why do you have such a headache?
Why does wine give you a headache?
Wine (red wine in particular) and tequila are thought to contain a chemical that can make certain individuals feel quite ill (headaches, nausea, etc). Symptoms can occur after as little as one drink. Occasionally, even the odor can cause mild adverse effects. When a sensitive person gets drunk from one of these drinks, they often have an excruciating hangover. This is a very poorly understood phenomenon and no one knows for certain why it occurs. There is speculation that tyramine and histamine play a role (they are particularly high in drinks such as red wine). If you want to know more information, look up Red Wine Headache (RWH).
