If your asking about the Reactivity of substances they are broken into two categories, Acids and Bases. Acids have a ph of 6 or lower. Bases have a ph of 8 or higher. Neutrals have a ph of 7. A neutral is eather pure, clean water, or a mixture of both acid and base that balance out the ph of the substance.
