hmm Christmas :). well we don't like turkeys in Lebanon but we also don't have a specific menu for Christmas, most people however eat poultry (taste just like chicken :) ) and/or meat. for desert there is a special treat which is a cake-like desert called buche de noel ( absolutely NO relation to bush or his family ).
