hmm Christmas :). well we don't like turkeys in Lebanon but we also don't have a specific menu for Christmas, most people however eat poultry (taste just like chicken :) ) and/or meat. for desert there is a special treat which is a cake-like desert called buche de noel ( absolutely NO relation to bush or his family ).

they eat typical middle eastern food. the lebanese culinary scene is one one of the most famous in the world which is why very commun to see lebanese restaurants any place in the world. for more info see wikipedia lebanese cuisine. if your a tourist and your concerned about the food in lebanon. don't be because if even if you don't like lebanese food ( impossible ) you can still order take out. ( KFC mcdonald, applebees... )

Umm... The Christians celebrate, streets are decorated, Muslims join in with the celebrations. There are Christmas activities and everything gets very expensive just in time for buying Christmas presents!
