Let's start with the basic business license. Most cities and/or counties may require that if you are starting a business you will need to first acquire a business license. What is a business license? Just the basic ones that I can think of would be a business license for your city. Another would be public health certification/license that you have the proper refrigeration and appliances to handle, store and provide food for customers. Tax, liquor and food safety certification for employees are also needed.

First you will need to get a business license and then prove that your facility can meet Food Safety requirements.

If you are a go there then you need to establish yourself as a company perhaps using a kit but it is best to use a lawyer.

If you are just using them in your restaurant then you pretty much done but if you are going to sell them in stores then you will need to get testing done to create a label listing all the ingredients and the food value of the product.
