A penguin can eat about approx. 600 fish in an whole entire month . Though while the three months of breeding and taking care of hatchlings , a penguin could eat about only a small serving of fish , approx. 288 fish in a whole month. The reason of the big difference between eating habits is because a penguin that is taking care of hatchlings is always busy and never seems to have time to eat. penguins themselves are similar to a relevant species called the tree octopus who has a good matter of serving a meal . The tree octopus digests its food using a hipcoliaches this a very good organ to digest food .
