NOT Turkey!! and I'm not joking!! Other foods probably included corn, deer, eggs, squash, spices, tomatoes, and seafood. Here is more:While it could be true that turkey was not served at the first Thanksgiving, it may have been. What is known is the pilgrims went on fowl hunt and brought back some type of fowl and the Indians brought deer. They would have served different types of vegetables, but they would not have had pumpkin pie and other desserts. Pumpkin at that time, would have been served as a vegetable. For more information about what foods were served at the first Thanksgiving, see the Related Question.

Pilgrims are people that take pilgrimages, so therefore there are no types of pilgrims.
Although the drinks available on the first Thanksgiving Day were not factually recorded, it is likely that the pilgrims drank mostly beer and wine. Drinking water back then was often unsafe (just like drinking the water when travelling to certain countries today); beer & wine were much safer from microorganisms. (The Pilgrims obviously didn't know that was the cause of the water's unsafety so they didn't boil it. They only knew people didn't get sick from beer and wine.) Alcohol was frowned upon by the Puritans only when it was abused--and it was the prophynols, not the alcohol, that made beer/wine safe, so they didn't have to be strong. (The Mayflower was a wine vessel capable of carrying 180 casks of wine.) Some speculate they also drank fruity juices and cider.
