Neither the University of Texas nor the University of Tennessee offers a veterinary technology program.
UT can stand for both, along with the University of Toledo and the University of Tulsa. If you were to abbreviate both of the teams, I would go with doing "TEX" for Texas and "TENN" for Tennessee to avoid confusion. UT seems to remind more people of Texas, but Tennessee's athletics website is UTSports.com. I'm not sure which "UT" abbreviation or logo came first, but for logo purposes, Tennessee has steered away from "UT" and is using their "Power T", as Texas still uses its "UT" as an alternate logo. Both are different, but some Supreme Court case was made about it, and now Tennessee has permission to brand their "UT" east of the Mississippi River and Texas has permission to brand theirs west of the Mississippi. In summary, it's up to you. There's still debate on it today.

I don't know which TTU you are referring to because when I looked it up three different universities came up. All three are listed below with either "private" or "public" listed beside them to indicate which one they are.
