Breakfast probably would have consisted of a gruel made from corn or wheat (think hot cereal) and probably some type of meat such as venison.
Desert they probably didn't have much in the way of sugar by this time, but they may have had stewed pumpkin (which would be kind of sweet) or other stewed fruit, possibly with nuts added in.
