you cannot use that head you will never get the timing in engine right The head of an 85 4x4 is the same as on 86 2wd pickup are the same on 22r or 22re. the only difference is the fuel pump has been capped off for the 22re. You probably got the head from a 4x4 with a different engine.
Spark plugs use SAE and not Metric. The one that fits it is the one that fits it.
It's under the intake manifold on the engine. You have to reach around and under the manifold to get it out, it's easier on trucks that don't have air condition installed. Use a 12 mm socket wrench for removal.
