If by label, you mean not to mark on yourself with tattoos, cuts or other physical mutilations that is found in Leviticus 19:28. It says:
Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD
The reason for this was God did not want His people the Jews to become involved with the pagan idolatry practices of the surrounding peoples. Making cuttings and tattooing were not of just a stylistic preference as they are today, but back then they had very strong pagan idolatrous messages tied with them that bound the marked to the demi gods they worshiped, called devils elsewhere in The Bible. This verse however has no application to whether or not a person today wants to get a tattoo or whatever, as this was dealing with a religious practice of pagan idolatry and not a fashion sentiment.
Matthew 7 but what verse
That verse isn't from the bible, it's a pray called "Serenity Prayer".
In the beginning, God created the Heavens and the Earth.
The words "be bold" are in the King James Version of the Bible 2 times. They are in 1 verse.
You refer to the book of the Bible, generally abbreviated, and then the chapter and then the verse, So John Chapter 3 and verse 16 could appear as: Jn.3.16, Or John 3:16
