Specifically the term "remember" is used in Deuteronomy 5:12-15, but the commandment is also to "observe" and that is relayed in Exodus 20:8-11.

Tefillin (תפילין) = hard leather boxes painted black. Inside are parchments that contain four sections of the Torah: Exodus 13:1-10, Exodus 13:11-16, Deuteronomy 6:4-9, and Deuteronomy 11:13-21. There are worn on the arm and on the head during the morning prayers. The English word is "phylacteries" but Jewish people do not use this word.
