well, i wouldn't trust it because they could send it to all the people in their junk mail. the point is just incase only if you signed in answer it. if you don't know the person, do not answer it. people send viruses
Most of the time you get them by visiting websites that either put viruses on their page intentionaly or someone else puts them on that page. People can not just press a button to send a virus to your computer they have to send an email with an attachment that you must open and run which most people will suprizingly fall for if the email isn't in their spam folder.
