Vitamin C is by far the top antioxidant vitamin. It is found in large amounts in just about any berries. Berries fill most of the top ten antioxidant foods. Also found in citrus.

Vitamin E supports vitamin C. C is a water soluble vitamin and E is a fat soluble vitamin.

Vitamin A, another fat soluble vitamin, and antioxidants are found in the "orange" vegetables. Carrots, squashes, and other dark root vegetables.
