A sandwich is only as healthy as what you put on it.
I like to make mine with some low fat meats and plenty of veggies with no condiments.
It all depends on what is in the sandwich. If it has tomato slices there will be vitamin B6, folate, niacin, vitamin E and C. If it is a peanut butter sandwich, there is Vitamin B6 and E.
Tomatoes make a sandwich tastier, but the best thing about them is that they are loaded with vitamins and nutrients.
