A girl's breast development occurs due to hormone release during puberty. In part adequate hormone release is dependent upon proper nutrition, so it follows that if a girl's diet is poor and lacking in essential nutrients it may inhibit her breast growth. However, where poor nutrition may have compromised a girls breast development, lack of protein and lack of certain minerals could be just as responsible as lack of vitamins. In such a case adding vitamins or certain vitamins to the girl's diet might not be enough to resolve the problem. Even when a girl has fully adequate nutrition, it doesn't necessarily follow that breasts will grow to any certain or desired size. This is because genetics are a significant factor in breast development and accordingly genes play an important role in determining the size and shape that breasts can grow to. Needless to say you can't alter your genes by nutrition.
