Viaimins makes your bones grow I believe, not muscles. So no!

But if your serious just try working out everyday for 60 minutes, everyweek, for a month or two.

Look up exerices on what you can do to improve.

I am very sure you will get great results!

Note: Most people who use drugs, pills to get better results.

Is a case of weakness. They have no control. Which can do ALOT of damage to them if they're not careful. Most people overdose. Which literally kills them. I would hate if you were in that spot. Don't think pills, think exercise!
