There isn't much data on vitamins and nail growth. Basically, maintaining a healthy diet helps maintain healthy nails. Having said that, there is a study or two on the benefits of including biotin, a B vitamin, on increasing the thickness of the nail. The level of intake in the study is much higher than what is recommended for daily intake. It will be interesting to see if there will be more studies on this topic.
