There were many wars fought while Lincoln was alive. He lived from 1809 until his assassination in 1865. He was president while the US Civil War was fought, and was assassinated at the very end of it, so that was probably the most significant war for him.

Other wars that were fought include the War of 1812, the Mexican War, the Texas Revolution, and multiple wars against American Indians. Lincoln actually served in one of the Indian wars, the Black Hawk War, although he never actually fought in a battle.

And those are just wars that involved the USA. Major non-American wars like the Crimean War, the Taiping Rebellion and the French Invasion of Mexico also happened during Lincoln's life.
