Generally speaking, Adolph Hitler's leadership skills helped his Nazi party come to power and convinced a vast majority of Germans to approve of his actions. By all accounts, the German people believed that Hitler and his party would make Germany a better place. That belief remained during the early part of WW2 when German armies had little trouble in conquering most of Europe. The German peoples' trust however, in Hitler's leadership skills began to diminish when the war began to turn against Germany.
