Adolf Hitler received 3 awards from the German Empire in WW1. In chronological order:

Iron Cross, Second Class: 1914

Wound Badge: 1917 (after being shot in the thigh during the Battle of the Somme in 1916. Equivalent to the American Purple Heart)

Iron Cross, First Class: 1918

In World War One, Hitler recived six medals, all of which I cannot name. I do know one was called "The Iron Cross"
