This question can not really have a factual answer to it, mostly because of the fact that he didn't have the throne for long-only 3 years. So he wasn't able to get going! He made a few bad choices but nothing extraordinarily bad. I guess every king must make some mistakes just like how King Charles II didn't spend money well, anyway, back to the topic! He had some potential to be a good king but nothing could be said until he started properly which he didn't! So that therefore means that he may of been a good king or may of been a bad kind but people can only judge from what they think may of happened which can't be factual!
Hope I could help :-)
