I looked this up simply I had never thought about it before. What I found was interesting. I found his agenda for the entire day up to his shooting in Ford's theater. In the entire account, laid out by time, only one mention of what he ate is given. It showed him having breakfast at 8AM. It was one egg and a coffee and after he went to work and stayed busy until they left for the theater. He had a cabinet meeting starting at 11AM and that went through lunch with no mention of food. At 3PM he met with a former slave Nancy Bushrod about her husband's missing pay from the Union Army and Lincoln promised to look into it. At 4PM he went on a carriage ride. Back at the White House by 5PM he met with a wounded soldier and there is no mention of food. Dinner was served at 6PM, but the account doesn't state what he ate. After more business they left for the theater at 8:30 PM.
