Rosalind Franklin is best known for her X-ray crystallography image which were key in figuring out the structure of the double helix, credited to Francis Crick and James Watson and Brian Wilkin. She also helped the project by offering her opinion on the previous structures Crick and Watson and Wilkin created (the rumor is that when she didn't say anything about the double helix, Crick and Watson realized that they could be correct).
Franklin played a monumental part in the discovery which led to a Nobel Prize, but she wasn't eligible to win because she was dead due to complications from ovarian cancer at the age of 37 by the time it was awarded (prizes aren't awarded posthumously, nor for more than three recipients).
She was also know for being, for lack of a better word, a bit of a cow (thanks, in part, to Watson's depictions of her in 'The Double Helix').

Rosalind Franklin's work was important because she discovered the DNA when no one else could, then after that James Watson and Francis Crick added to her wonderful work(She was close to solve the structure of the DNA, she had even got the X ray diffraction pictures.)
She discovered that there were two structures of DNA, one being the double helix.
establishing most of the principal structural features of DNA.
Through her work and pictures of DNA done with x-ray chrystalography Watson and Crick were able to identify that the structure of DNA was in the shape of a spiral or double helix.

Rosalind Franklin was a specialist in X-ray cristallography with contributions in the study of nucleic acids, viruses, coal, graphite etc.
Issac Newton's contribution was Law of Gravity, Action/Reaction and Calculus

you tell me
Rosalind is the main character in Shakespeare's play As You Like It.
Rosalind Franklin used x-ray crystalography to receive pictures of the DNACrick and Watson then used the photo to determine that that the structure of DNA was a double helix - hoped that help :)
She had three brothers and one sister. Her brothers were Roland, David, and Colin. Her sister was Jenifer.
The main characters in Shakespeare's "As You Like It" are Rosalind, Orlando, and Jaques. Rosalind is an independent, strong-minded woman, Orlando is Rosalind's romantic interest, and Jaques is a reserved faithful lord.
She didnt do much so just put that she was a failure
