Tycho Brahe greatly increased the accuracy of measurements in regards to the night sky and planetary orbits/motion. (this was a big problem back in the day and delayed many of the heliocentric proposals)
His meticulous work in his calculations and data was an impetus for Kepler's later success in the formation of his famous planetary laws.
Tycho Brahe is credited with the most accurate astronomical observations of his time, and the data was used by his assistant Kepler to derive the laws of planetary motion.
Kepler used Tycho Brahe's data to establish the heliocentric theory of the solar system.
Kepler spent 20 years plotting the positions of the planet no he did not.
There is a crater on the Moon called Tycho [See related link] and another crater, this time on Mars called Tycho Brahe [See related link]

Tycho Brahe was born on December 14, 1546.
Tycho Brahe, was born 14 December 1546 as Tyge Ottesen Brahe
Kepler used Tycho Brahe's data to establish the heliocentric theory of the solar system.
That must refer to Tycho Brahe.
"There is something eccentric in the orbit of Mars." ~ Tycho Brahe
He took many measurements regarding the Orbits of planets which Keplar then used to formulate his 3 laws. This eventually was part of the prompting for Newtons law of gravity.
actually that was Tycho Brahe
Tycho Brahe was born on December 14, 1546.
Since the autumn 1566 Tycho Brahe was studying at the university of Rostock in Germany.
No there was not a war going on during Tycho Brahe's lifetime.
Danish astronomer Tycho/Tyge Brahe lived from 1546 to 1601.
Tycho Brahe died on October 24, 1601 at the age of 54.
