How do you get from Heathrow airport to telford?

If you are driving, go north on M1, branch west on M6, then again when you come to M54. By train, you used to go to London, then Wolverhampton, then change for Telford ( but it's a long time since I've done that by train.) I personally would take the M40 to Birmingham, then around the M42 before it meets the M6 motorway - I would then continue up until the M54 and carry on to Telford. The junction where the M40 meets the M25 is closer tho Heathrow than the M25/M1 junction.
