Participative
Participative leadership style is one that will involve the subjects being led in decision making. For instance, in a company a manager will engage employees to contribute to a particular issue and give suggestions.
A democratic or participative leadership style shares the burden of decision making with others. A task oriented leadership style focuses on set goals and is usually used when meeting deadlines. Little consideration is given for the group in this leadership style.

Participative
Depends on the type of work performed by your organization. If your processes are simple and your industry/vision and strategy is simple you can get away with a less participative style. If you are selling unique and custom-made solutions, you need an inclusive leadership style (participative).
There are minimal similarties between the two leadership styles. However, differences include things such as autocratic only has one-way communication and participative has two-way. Autocratic also does not value group/employee participation whereas participative that is the central focus. There's many more but these are the two most evident. Hope this helped maynge
We can make our co-worker to love us by motivating in his/her work & by using tool of participative leadership style.
An example of a leader with a participative leadership style is Google co-founder Larry Page. He encouraged open communication and collaboration among employees, fostering an environment where team members could contribute ideas and participate in decision-making processes. This approach not only empowered employees but also led to innovative solutions and a strong company culture.
this has to with the type of leadership style used in that business.i think the participative type of leadership style gives the boss and the employee good relationship unlike the authoritarian type of leadership style which deals more with just giving and forcing instructions on their members.
