In which book? It might have been Harry Clearwaters fish fry.

It's different in the film to the book. In the film Edward gets really angry when Jacob kisses Bella without her wanting him to, I wouldn't say it was a fight but he does push him a lot. Edward and Jacob also have an argument when Jacob has to get in Bella's sleeping bag to keep her warm and when Jacob tells Bella Victoria's back when Edward didn't want her to know. Although this kind of turns into an argument between Edward and Bella. Hoped this helped :)

Chapter 22 is called 'Fire and Ice' and in it edward and Jacob sort of fight over Bella. Bella is cold so Jacob gets into her sleeping bag to warm her up and edward is jealous I think edward and Jacob also have a secret conversation that Bella hears while she is pretending to be asleep but that might be in the next chapter. Hope this helps!
**CONTAINS SPOILERS** No, Jacob Black at first is just a friend in Twilight, but then in New Moon, Edward Cullen leaves Bella Swan for her own safety. So, in New Moon, Bella and Jacob become best friends. And then, Bella starts to like Jacob more and more. Then, Edward comes back and she returns to deeply loving her. But, then, in Eclipse, Jacob tells Bella that he is in love with her and then kisses her three or four times. Bella smacks him, but Jacob still loves her. Bella told Edward that Jacob kissed her, and then Edward told her that he can kill him if she wants. But, Bella doesn't want to do that, even though Edward kinda wants to. Bella starts to get mad at him, and she forgot that she invited Jacob to her graduation party at the Cullens' house. Jacob arrives a little late with Embry and Quil. He then hands Bella a little brown bag, and he tells her that he made what is inside by himself. She then looks at it, and it is a bracelet. He hand-carved the wolf in the wood for the charm by himself but the chain was store bought. Bella was so happy with the present, so she put it on. Then, Jacob finds out from Alice Cullen about the newborn vampires that are killing people in Seattle. Jacob says that the wolf pack can help, and Bella says he shouldn't. Bella doesn't want Jacob to help, or the Cullens to get hurt. In the meadow, where the Cullens played baseball in Twilight, for the first time that the wolf pack receives the instructions from the Cullens, the wolf pack comes in wolf form. Edward had to translate everything of Sam's response of what Carlisle Cullen said to him. Then, the wolf pack decided to sniff each of the Cullens so they know their scent so they don't kill them as well. After Jacob was done, he came up to Bella, and licked her from chin to hairline. Bella said, "Ew, Jacob! Gross!" but she didn't get too mad about it, though he "kissed" her again. Towards the end of Eclipse, Bella is torn between Edward and Jacob but then chooses Edward because she has a deeper love for him. Bella and Jacob remain best friends throughout the rest of the book and Breaking Dawn. Jacob only liked Bella because of Reneesmee, her coming daughter, though. He liked Reneesmee, and when she was born he "imprinted" on her.
A brown bag
As Bella knows vampires and were wolfs don't get along, so Bella was left the dreadful decision to pick out of Jacob and Edward, but why that was happening Victoria (the vampire grieving over her loss... James) was planning a revenge plot. She was making new vampires so they would start and army together and defeat the Cullen's so they could kill Bella to get back at Edward because he killed James. They make a great fight and defeat the army and Victoria fails!
