find you a donor vehicle like a Monte Carlo,if you have a turn signal switch with a dimmer switch combined then your in luck ,the Monte Carlo has the wiper with delay, dimmer and turn signal switch all in one .if the wiper switch is on the dash then you might look twards a switch and wiper motor from a caprice classic, the wiper motor has the delay board installed on it just plug and play.don't foget to hook up the green pulse wire to the single terminal under the washer pump, this can be done because i converted my 71 ss chevelle to delay system, only mods was mounting the switch but i did it without drilling or cutting my dash.

When you say dimmer switch I assume you are refering to the internal dash-board lights dimmer switch. The dimmer switch for the dash-board lights is located on the speedometer panel. There are two black knobs that stick out between the warning lights on the dash. The right one is used to set the clock while the left one when rotated adjusts the dash-board lights and when depressed resets the odometer. This should be what you are looking for.
check you connection at your headlight switch,it may be loose, dirty or switch might be bad
Most likely next to steering column. near dash board
Try on the end of the dash board accessible with doors open
Joining a passenger ship in Monte Carlo is an exercise in logistics. Insure you have passage and that it is confirmed. With your passport in your pocked and your bags in hand, get to Monte Carlo and follow the directions you should have been given to meet the vessel at a dock. It might be that you'll have to catch a launch to board, but all of this will be laid out by the individual connecting you with the ship. This individual should be reputable, of course.
The dash board light dimmer control switch may be turned off or broken.
From 1925-27 the dimmer switch was on the steering column. Starting in 1927 it was moved to the floor. The last vehicle to have it on the floor was the 1991 Ford F-Series pickup.
Turn up your dimmer switch. Should be next to the steering wheel on the dash board.
Its located on the left side of the steering wheel, on the dash board near the dimmer switch and the head light switch. The base and dhs deville do not have fog lights.
