Are you referring to the United States? Some countries in Europe have similar forms of democracy to the United States, that being a presidential system, but the United States is slightly different. In some European countries, the Prime Minister has more power than the recognized head of state (such as the monarch of President). But the United States is a full presidential system, and therefore has no Prime Minister.
