Ernest Rutherford gave a huse contribution to nuclear research. He was the first person to split an atom therefore learning the first nuclear leap in history. He discovered alpha particles and beta particles. after spliting the atom, he was given a Nobel physics prize and was given the title of Baron Rutherford of Nelson which was in his home country, New Zealand.
"Solar system model" of the atom with a nucleus orbited by electrons. Later improved upon by Bohr.
i really have no idea you know what i mean thats why i asked this site. but you dont know it and guess what? i dont either
Ernest Rutherford contributed to the atomic theory through his gold foil experiment. He discovered that there was a positively charged central core to the atom and he called it the nucleus.
Try reading a book kid. That should help you. Tired of headless chickens on the internet, asking for answers. Jeez, can kids not do work these days?
Aristotle did not believe in the Atomic Theory. He believed that everything was made up of only 4 elements fire, water, air, and earth. This theory was proven incorrect as is evidenced by the periodic table of elements. In short the answer to this question is, none.
He said that atoms can not be divided; in one matter all the atoms are of same kind, same mass and same type. He also said that different matters have different kinds of atoms. He furthermore said that atoms from different matters meet together at a particular rate and make molecules.
I don't know of atomic theory, but he came up with the idea that light energy acted like packetts of energy that he called photons. Thru some theoretical calculations he came up with Plank's constant that deals with the energy of different wavelengths of light.
what are the major predictions of the special theory of relativity
Type your answer here... It formed the basis upon which the rest of chemistry was built.

The cell theory
Niels Bohr was a Danish physicist who made major contributions to understanding atomic structure and quantum theory. He received the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1922.
Atomic Theory
They proposed the Phlogiston Theory.
atomic theory
He dissected animals and studied the ways that they reproduce.
Dalton's atomic theory was a major contribution to discover the atomic structure in despite of been completely counterproved.
Ancient Greeks had two major theories of matter. These were the Atomic theory of matter and the theory of pangenesis.
Genetic recombination and drastic evolutionary shifts have been observed in bacteria in many laboratory experiments. There really isn't much "theory" to it anymore.
Dalton's theory is very simple, yet his atomic model satisfactorily explained many familiar phenomena and the laws of chemical change. His theory prevailed for almost a century. Later, however, this model was modified as more sensitive and sophisticated equipment were develop and with new pieces of evidence were gathered wWhat do you think was john Dalton's major constraint when he suggested his atomic model?
