When? Germany attacked so many different countries at so many different times that you need to be much more specific. Tell me which one you mean and I can answer you. Michael Montagne On D-Day Germany was on the defence so there was no plan of attack. The only organized attack by the German army on the June 6, 1944 was a skirmish by advanced infantry elements of the 12 SS Panzer Division but which was totaly unplanned and quite ineffective.

Germany was planning to take over all of Europe which feared some countries into joining them. Germany was going to cut off all supplies to Britain. this causing Britain to famine. As the US. had joined the war it saved the world from the cruelest ruler Adolf Hitler. Germany was planning to use the countries in Europe as resource to take over the rest of the world. Germany has scientist working on things the world wouldn't be able to build in hundreds of years. When Germany went down its final stand was to blow up the labs for know one new what they were planning. Still to this day people don't know. But Germany would've bin the strongest of all countries of the US wouldn't of joined the war but we did. With us everyone revolted back at Germany causing them to brake down. People say some off the Nazi's scientist got captured and sent to area 51

On D-Day the Germans did not have a "plan of attack". - They were in a defensive mode and ignored Rommel's warnings that if the Allies ever got off the beaches the war would be lost (To Germany.) For 2-3 months before D-Day Rommel was desperately strengthening his beach defences. This was one of the reasons Omaha was so difficult.
