William I of England (who originally came from Normandy) was also known as William the Conqueror, seizing control of England in 1066. He did have a son that succeeded him, his third son, who became William II.
Besides being King of England, William III is famous because he was one of the monarchs during the only time in British History when two people have shared the throne equally. He did with his wife Queen Mary II, daughter of James II, even though he had no legal right to the throne. They overthrew James in the Glorious Revolution in 1688.

Isabella I of Castile (also known as Isabel la Catolica) was 23 when she ascended the throne and became Queen of Castile. She was born on April 22, 1451 and her ascension was on December 13, 1474.
