The two space shuttles that tragically exploded were the Challenger in 1986 and the Columbia in 2003. Both disasters resulted in the loss of the entire crew on board.
The "Challenge" card in Uno allows a player to challenge another player if they suspect they did not follow the rules. If the challenged player is found to have broken the rules, they must draw four cards instead of the challenger. If the challenger is wrong, they must draw six cards.
