Best Answer

The Hasinai, Hasiinay or Tejas tribe certainly had chiefs (called Caddi) but overall control was held by a chief priest called "Sir Moon", Chinesi or Xinesi in the Hasinai language. He was assisted by other priests and two sacred boys known as Coninisi.
