Morris Minor
If its that original cheap ugly car you first get, you cant sell it. You can sell the paint and parts that you baught though.
When you sell your junk car for cash, you should sign over the Title (or pink slip) to the business to which you sell the car. That releases you from liability.
The easiest way to get money is do the first 5 races over and over, getting gold in each race. after you beat it, they reward you with a prize car. its an ok car but if you sell it you get around 8,200. sell it, and do the five races over and over until you get the amount of money you would like. its about the easiest way i have found.
First subtract the amount owed on the vehicle from the value of the car. Sell the car for this amount, then have the buyer take over the loan. This involves paperwork with your current Dealership, DMV, and of course a bank or credit union.
Not if the car is titled in his name. I suggest you contact your son and tell him to remove the car or sign it over to you so you can sell it. If the car is in your name then you can legally sell it. Be very careful of selling a car you do not own. This is fraud and theft and can get you into lots of trouble if your son presses charges. Better to let it sit than to get into a legal hassle over it.
You can sell a car for whatever someone will pay. Unless you are selling a car that is in high demand, or a car that is very rare, or has extremely low mileage, it is unlikely you can sell it for more than book value.
