Eve is the first human, she lied and said in Gen.3:3 But of the fruit of the Tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, You shall not eat of it, neither shall you touch it, lest you die.
God never said they couldn't Touch It, just not eat of it.
Then Satan lied to Chavah(Eve) in Gen. 3: 4 and said you shall not die:
But Eve was the first to commit a crime/sin.
Then the next Crime/Sin was Coveting/jealousy/anger/etc Cain for Abel which lead to Murder.
