Then you can't get a skillcape. But you can still boast of having the skill - to substantiate this, you can either say it in quick chat (since the skill level is filled out by the system, so you can't just invent a skill level), or refer people to the hiscores

Only members can do the skill thief or thieving you can buy a membership card at most supermarket stores like target that's how I got mine. I would start off with citizens men or women are first.
Can aran earn enough skill points to master all of his skills in his or her first job?
Well I really don't know but I think not...My bro(6 years old) has an Aran and he didn't do all the Beginner Aran quests so I did some of them because he leveled up to level 30 and he had skill points but he mastered all the nooby Aran skills so I got him one more skill but I didn't master that...

I can't find this listed anywhere. I don't think the information about skillcapes is available, but you can find out how many players are eligible to wear them. You can choose "Community - Hiscores" from the main RuneScape page and see how many players got each skill to level 99.

What does a clan ring due on RuneScape?
Gives you a 1.5x boost in the respective skill that it was given to you for in the real surface. For example, if I got a woodcutting clan ring, and I chopped wood on the surface of RuneScape, I'd get 150% the normal XP i would get without the ring.

yes they can infact i got the wc skillcape when i was lv 48 and nonmemeber of course now i am memeber and am lv 60.so yes nonmemebrs can get skillcapes

No. If You died in runescape. you meet the grim reaper. then you talk to him. then you go back to lumbridge castle. you have a time to get to your grave but if you had only 3 items you don't have a grave. your first gravestone has 2 minutes to live. but if someone repaired it it survives for 5 minutes. then if it got blessed is survives for a hour. Your grave contains items lost in combat
How do you get another key for elemental on RuneScape?
The same way you got your first key. ( If it's "Elemental Workshop" Quest )
