The west side of Whitby has a large beach, and many other tourist attractions such as crazy golf, amusement arcades and a large pier. The harbour is very picturesque, with many boats offering fishing trips or boat trips. Whitby has a lovely park called Pannett Park, with a great childrens play area. The town has a great selection of restaurants, cafes and pubs.
