What was the most satisfying goal you accomplished in your last job?

I worked for a media organisation where we received many enquiries relating to films and their distributors. There wasn't an 'assigned' dept to handle these enquiries - no one wanted to handle/know about it (!!). Out of frustration, and a willingness to help, I formulated a unique (genius!) 'file' (hard copy in an indexed book) that not only had names of films, but their distributors as well, that could be looked up easily and without too much time. The idea was so good, I had a couple of 'friends' offer to take the book to senior management to show them what I was doing (as if!!) or they just took the book for their own use without returning it to 'home base' for everyone to use.
