The battle of Lexington was, of course, at Lexington. The battle of Concord was, (Do you know it?), at Concord!
They took place at Lexington, Concord, Lincoln, Menotomy and Cambridge Massachusetts, but they are called simply "The Battles of Lexington and Concord". "Menotomy" is today called "Arlington".

The Battles of Lexington and Concord began the open fighting on April 19, 1775. At Lexington, the British shot and disarmed US militiamen, and then marched on Concord, where (later in the day) they were fired on by a larger force of colonists and forced to withdraw to Boston.
The first victory for the Colonialists was in Concord, Massachusetts at the start of the war. It was here that the Colonies formed up regulars to fight against the British on their march from Lexington. They eventually pushed the British back to the safety of Charlestown which would later lead to the siege of Boston.
The first battle was fought at Lexington, where the so called 'shot heard around the world' was fired by an unknown gunman, beginning the first battle of the war. The British won this battle and marched on to Concord, where they were defeated and forced to retreat to Boston. On the way, they had to go back through Lexington, where the Revolvers were waiting to take revenge, causing another defeat for the British army.
The first battle of the Revolutionary War is considered to be the Battle of Lexington. This "Battle" was not even what could be called a skirmish. The British technically won the battle because more Americans than British were killed on Lexington Green and because the colonists did not prevent the British from moving on to Concord.
